We are thankful
This year we have so much to be thankful for in Honduras. In spite of a difficult year financially, God has provided for every one of our needs and our programs have operated at full capacity. New churches have been planted and to date more than 150 new souls have come to Christ. In spite of a difficult year politically in Honduras God has blessed us with safety and security. He’s opened...

Yasmin is 4. She was born with severe congenital heart defects, and now after searching in Honduras and in the U.S., we are left with the answer that we didn¹t want to hear: Yasmin will soon die; there is nothing that can be done for her due to the severity of the defects. We know that heaven is a good place, that it is much better than here at the Mission Lazarus Refuge and that she would feel no...

Just sliced open my hand. Ally is going to suture it up, using a syringe that I bought for livestock. Should be fun. Enviado desde mi dispositivo BlackBerry® de Tigo

Four new children arrived at the Mission Lazarus Refuge this afternoon. We thank God for giving us this opportunity to serve his kids. These beautiful kiddoes ranging in age from 15 months to 12 years old are so excited to be here. What a change, from neglect, abuse and orphan situations to safety, security and love. Thank you to all of you who help make this work possible. God bless you. Jarrod

We decided that we’d be the leaders in respecting this new law rather than trying to get by and ignore the new...

We’ve had to amazing days of rain in southern Honduras. Most likely the last rains of this year’s rainy season. We have been in a severe drought, hopefully this rain will carry us through to next May when the rains return. Today is a beautiful day, the sun is shining. This morning we are traveling a little over an hour to the community of Marcovia where I’ll be preaching on...
